“Abbie was such an amazing trainer. Finn came back a completely different dog. His recall is amazing, leash walks are a breeze, and he is obedient and not anxious in social settings. This training changed our lives as well as Finn’s.”

Meet the owner

Built on experience. Driven by a belief that dogs deserve more.

Charla has spent nearly 30 years training dogs, helping families and developing care systems around the dog in front of her. Endless Pawsibilities was created to offer something beyond a conventional kennel or crowded daycare: a multi-acre retreat where dogs receive purposeful activity, appropriate rest and thoughtful, individualized care.

The goal is simple. Dogs should be safe, understood and fulfilled, while their families feel confident about the people caring for them.

Frequently asked questions

What families need to know.

What is the difference between membership and non-membership?

Social Club membership is designed for families seeking ongoing daytime access, priority scheduling and member-only conveniences.

Membership benefits may include:

  • Access to Social Club based on membership tier
  • Priority booking for lodging and activities
  • Eligibility for scheduled after-hours drop-off and pick-up
  • Membership-based discounts on select services

Membership options include unlimited, 12-day and 5-day plans. Non-members may use services à la carte, pending availability and any required assessment approval.

Who needs a Social Club Compatibility Assessment?

Dogs participating in Social Club, Social Club Lodging or group activities must complete a Social Club Compatibility Assessment.

  • Assessment fee: $50 and non-refundable
  • Dogs who have not attended within the past 12 months must complete a new assessment
  • Dogs boarding privately without group participation do not require this assessment

Dogs displaying behavior that cannot be safely managed within the requested service may not be approved. When appropriate, training or an alternative care plan may be recommended.

What lodging options are available?

Private Suite Lodging is available in 3×6, 4×6 and 6×6 suite sizes and includes fresh lamb’s-wool bedding, fresh water throughout the day, four potty walks daily and a calm, structured environment. An optional in-suite live-feed camera add-on is available.

Family Lodging is offered in two themed family rooms, Costa Rica and Africa. These rooms are designed for multi-dog households and are priced by room rather than by pet.

The Petite Retreat is the open-concept lodging option for approved social dogs under 25 pounds.

How does pricing work for multiple dogs?

Lodging is priced per dog based on suite type and size. Dogs from the same household sharing one standard private suite receive 25% off the nightly lodging rate for each additional dog.

Family Lodging is the only lodging option priced by room rather than by dog.

Is Social Club included during lodging?

Social Club Lodging includes daytime Social Club participation for approved dogs.

À La Carte Lodging includes essential care only. Social Club, enrichment sessions and other activities may be added individually.

Unlimited members may attend Social Club Monday through Saturday during lodging at no additional daily charge, pending capacity. Five-Day and 12-Day memberships may not be used during lodging. Non-members may add Social Club at the daily rate.

What are the checkout deadlines?

Are dogs required to be spayed or neutered?

No. Dogs are not required to be spayed or neutered.

Female dogs in active heat may not participate in Social Club or group activities. If a dog enters heat during her stay, she will be housed separately and the owner or emergency contact must arrange prompt pickup. A $25-per-day accommodation fee applies in addition to lodging.

What vaccinations and health records are required?
  • Rabies, current for one or three years as documented by the veterinarian
  • Current DHPP/DAPP, including distemper and parvovirus
  • Bordetella every six months
  • Negative fecal test every six months

Dogs may not receive vaccinations within 48–72 hours before arrival.

What is the food policy?

Owners are encouraged to provide their dog’s regular food. If food runs out and more cannot be provided, house food will be supplied for $5 per day. House food is a Sensitive Skin & Stomach formula.

How should medications be provided?

All medications must remain in the original container and be clearly labeled with the dog’s name, medication name and dosage instructions. Improperly labeled medications may not be administered.

What deposits and payment methods are required?

Lodging: A 25% deposit is required at booking. The deposit becomes non-refundable when canceled within 72 hours of arrival.

Training: A 25% non-refundable deposit is due at booking, 50% is due at drop-off and the remaining 25% is due on the final day.

A credit card must remain on file. Accepted payment methods include credit card, check, Venmo and Zelle.

Who qualifies for a discount?

Discounts are available to first responders, veterans, active-duty military members and seniors. Discounts must be requested at booking and may require verification. Discounts cannot be combined unless specifically stated.

How are breaks, timeouts and Focus Groups handled?

Breaks are individualized based on age, energy, behavior and health needs. If a dog receives more than three timeouts in one day, the dog will be placed in a Focus Group with a trainer for added structure and enrichment.

What happens if my dog is destructive or damages property?

Owners are financially responsible for all property damage caused by their dog beyond normal wear and tear while receiving any service from Endless Pawsibilities, including lodging, Social Club, training, grooming, transportation, private lessons and evaluations.

Safety and housing

If destructive behavior creates a risk to the dog, other dogs, staff or the facility, the dog may be moved to a secure kennel placed inside the dog’s assigned room. We may also change the housing assignment, add management procedures, use appropriate protective measures or discontinue services when necessary.

Damage may include, but is not limited to:

  • Suite doors, kennel panels, gates, partitions, walls, fencing or enclosures
  • Door frames, trim, molding, baseboards, drywall, locks, hinges, handles or latches
  • Epoxy flooring, concrete, artificial turf, seams, mats or other flooring surfaces
  • Kuranda beds, cots, bedding, blankets, bowls, toys or enrichment equipment
  • Hoses, pools, splash equipment, agility equipment, play structures or outdoor furnishings
  • Windows, cameras, lighting, televisions, plumbing, electrical fixtures or facility equipment
  • Landscaping, irrigation, fencing, another guest’s belongings or any property owned by Endless Pawsibilities

Common repair and replacement costs:

Kuranda bed replacement $150 Suite door replacement Up to $900 Door handle replacement $75 Wood around door frame repair $150 Family Suite bedding replacement $75 Door trim, baseboards or molding Up to $500

Items not listed are billed at the actual cost of repair or replacement. Charges may include materials, labor, shipping, delivery, installation, contractor or vendor charges, emergency repairs and other reasonable expenses required to restore the property.

Endless Pawsibilities is authorized to charge the payment method on file. If payment cannot be processed, the outstanding balance is due within ten calendar days of invoice. Whenever reasonably practical, photographs and an itemized invoice or estimate will be provided.

Repeated destructive behavior or behavior presenting an unreasonable safety risk may result in refusal or discontinuation of future services.

What happens if my dog becomes ill, injured or contagious?

Owners will be contacted immediately. Pickup or veterinary care may be required.

If a dog is suspected to be contagious, the dog will be placed in quarantine. A $100-per-dog, per-night quarantine fee applies in addition to the regular lodging rate.

In an emergency, Endless Pawsibilities is authorized to transport a dog to the nearest veterinary facility without delay.

What is the hurricane and emergency evacuation policy?

The facility is equipped with a generator and sufficient propane to maintain operations for up to five days.

If a Category 3 or higher hurricane is projected and a voluntary evacuation is issued for the county, dogs must be picked up by the owner or designated emergency contact as soon as possible. If pickup is not possible, dogs will evacuate with our team.

An additional $300-per-day evacuation fee applies on top of the normal lodging rate for the duration of the evacuation.

When does peak-season pricing apply?

An additional $5 per night, per pet applies during designated peak periods.

  • All federal holidays are peak periods
  • If a holiday falls on Sunday, peak pricing applies Friday through Sunday
